A lifelong student of the body in movement, Daniella came to yoga after a series of knee surgeries finally ended her love affairs with competitive distance running and soccer. Always studying more, her teaching is informed by movement science, biomechanics, and neuroscience, and her classes are all about dancing between movement in stillness in a way that feels sustainable, kind, and joyful to each body in the room. When she's not teaching yoga, working on the Movement with a Brain program, or training clients, Daniella is probably reading and writing, hiking, or being climbed all over by the two little people who basically run her life.
