Lara Falberg has been teaching yoga since 2006. Trained in Atlanta, GA and living in Columbus, Ohio, Lara teaches inclusive and accessible Vinyasa-style classes that focus on all eight limbs of the yoga path. She's a fierce lover of all dogs, especially her deaf rescue puppy, Dante. She's also a contributing writer to Yoga International, Yogi Approved, and Elephant Journal. She has a yoga teacher resource website, iworkbarefoot.com, that focuses on mini sequences, verbal cues, and class themes. Lara wrote a novel called Yoga Train. It's about a fucked-up, lovable group of folks moving through the 200-hour YTT experience. Since 2014, she's been on faculty as a mentor and instructor for the 200-hour YTT at Yoga on High in Columbus. Follow her on IG and FB. She's definitely not an over-poster.
