Sarah has always been driven by an unwavering curiosity. At three-years-old, she snuck out to explore the neighborhood on her own. At ten, she quizzed her (very patient) mom about what would happen to humanity if we colonized the solar system. Upon graduating high school, Sarah’s curiosity led her to a life of travel and she spent the next six years working and living in over 35 countries, squeezing a degree or two in there somewhere. The more she explored the world around her, the more she became curious about the world within, and it wasn’t long before she was hooked on the spiritual journey. Today, Sarah brings her knack for ceaseless questioning to the yoga and spiritual worlds she moves in. Whether writing articles that challenge conventional “truths” of the yoga world or enthusiastically interviewing guests on her podcast, The Beginner’s Mind, Sarah is always looking to question, explore, and learn.
